BANSHIDHAR NAGAR: Musahar community got real freedom, will drink water from chappal

Shri Banshidhar Nagar: People of the Musahar community living in Nayakhand of Shri Banshidhar Nagar Panchayat area have got freedom from drinking water from the drain. Now people have started getting pure drinking water from the chapanal installed in the village. 

In the evening of Friday, SDO Alok Kumar inaugurated the chapal after duly offering prayers amidst Vedic chants. Happiness was celebrated by distributing its sweets. 

On that occasion, SDO Mr. Kumar while congratulating the team involved in the change with public cooperation said that it is a matter of great happiness that now the people of the Musahar family will start getting pure water to drink. 

He said that he would soon make efforts to provide benefits of housing and other government facilities to the people of the Musahar family and in the same way, basic facilities to the deprived people of the society. 

On the other hand, after the installation of chapanal in Musahar Tola, happiness was clearly visible on the faces of the people residing in the locality. The installation of chapanal in the village has been done by senior journalist cum editor-in-chief of Banshidhar News Dhirendra Choubey and his team with public support. 

Public cooperation Mr. Choubey and his team engaged in improving the lives of the people of Musahar community, Shri Banshidhar Nagar SDPO Pramod Kumar Kesari himself went ahead and supported him. Mr. Kesari himself offered his cooperation to them. After that, on asking for cooperation, the SDPO got boring done in the said area. 

After getting boring, Dhirendra Choubey and his team sought help from JK Maurya, the proprietor of the local Ambe hospital. He provided the complete material of the chappal. Today, with the help of public, a chapanal has been installed in Musahar Tola. 

Let us inform here that in Nayakhand of Shri Banshidhar Nagar Panchayat area, people of Musahar family were living the life of nomads for years. The people of the Musahar family, who are called kings, did not even have the right to vote, apart from getting the benefit of government facilities. 

After this, the editor-in-chief of Banshidhar News Dhirendra Choubey and his team started efforts with a resolution to bring change in the lives of the people of Musahar community. 

Under this effort, the then SDO of Shri Banshidhar Nagar, Kamleshwar Narayan, appealed to the people of Musahar community to give justice. At that time, with the efforts of the SDO, the people of the Musahar family got the right to vote. But they could not get the benefit of any government facility. 

With the efforts of Banshidhar News team, electricity reached all the huts of Musahar Tola on December 25 and their huts were lit up with the light of milky bulb. 

The SDO Alok Kumar and SDPO Pramod Kumar Kesari, who were present there at that time, were stunned to see the lifestyle of the people of the Musahar family. At the same time, both the officers had resolved to provide all possible support to the team engaged in improving the standard of living of the people of the Musahar family. 

With the efforts of SDO Alok Kumar, immediate blankets, ration were given to the people of Musahar Tola and efforts were made to make Aadhar card and get benefits of government facility. SDO Shri Kumar has directed BDO co-in-charge MO Shravan Kumar to give ration to all the people of Musahar community at the earliest. 

On that occasion, Dhirendra Choubey, editor-in-chief of Banshidhar News, Neelu Choubey, social worker and Prof. Upendra Kumar of Otis Mall, Vidya Bhaskar alias Chhotu, journalist Ujjwal Vishwakarma and a large number of Musahar family members were present.
