On Sunday in Banshidhar Nagar, the baton of the sub-division administration went on the encroachers. Circle Officer Arun Kumar Munda and station in-charge Yogendra Kumar jointly launched a campaign and took action against the people who encroached on NH 75.
During the encroachment drive, the encroachers got stirred up among the people. Seeing the authorities encroaching on NH 75, they started removing the encroachments. On being asked by the stubborn encroachers to remove the encroachment, the Circle Officer issued notices to the Circle Inspector and Circle Amin and directed them to take action. The people who encroached on NH 75 from the police station to the Cousin Girls School were evacuated by the administration by removing the encroachments. On the other hand, Circle Officer Arun Kumar Munda said that a continuous campaign will be launched against the encroachers. He said that after this the people encroaching on NH 75 would be removed from the JCB machine after getting the measurements done. Two months ago, the sub-divisional officer Alok Kumar had directed the circle officer and the station in-charge to free the encroachment from NH 75. After the instructions of the SDO, the Circle Officer removed the encroachers through sound expansion.
