SAGMA: Indiscriminate felling of wood in the forests of Sagma and Dhurki, the Speaker demanded a ban

SAGMA: Due to indiscriminate felling of wood in Sagma and Dhurki blocks, the existence of the forest has been endangered.  Whereas the Forest Department has kept such silence that it has nothing to do with it.

It is noteworthy that from Sagma block to Dhurki block, half the population is untouched by dense forest, but due to continuous cutting of the forest, its scope is shrinking day by day, whereas the Forest Department is spending lakhs of rupees every year on planting the forest.  But the forest which is being given by nature is proving to be unsuccessful in saving it, the situation is that every day dozens of wood are being cut and taken through the main road, while forest workers are also passing through this path but people cutting the forest.  But the lack of any action is raising a question mark on the forest department, in this way indiscriminate cutting of the forest is adversely affecting the environment.  Due to lack of action, the number of those who cut the forest is increasing day by day.
