The sub-divisional officer held a meeting with all the police station in-charges and officials of the sub-division regarding the law and order in the festival, said - take action against the people doing illegal mining and transportation.

Shri Banshidhar Nagar:- In the sub-divisional office premises on Wednesday, under the joint chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Officer Alok Kumar and Sub-Divisional Police Officer Pramod Kumar Kesari, mining department, in view of Holi and Ramnavami festival, all the police stations in charge of the sub-division, BDO, Circle Officer's A meeting was held with Many necessary directions were given to the people present in the meeting. In the meeting, the SDO coordinated all the police station in-charges and circle officers on receipt of complaints of illegal mining and transportation and directed them to jointly take action against persons doing illegal mining and transportation as per rules. 

He directed all the station in-charges to take action as per rules against the accused doing any kind of construction work on the land mentioned in the suits filed under section 144 DPR in the court of the sub-divisional magistrate. In the cases filed under Section 144, directed to ensure that no construction work or any other work should be done in the disputed land. In the light of the warrant issued by the sub-divisional court, he directed to ensure the presence of the accused persons in the court physically and in view of the coming Holi festival, to provide a report for action under section 107 against the anti-social elements within two days. 

In the meeting, Town Untari Circle Officer Arun Kumar Munda, Ketar Circle Officer Meghan Mahato, Bhavnathpur Circle Officer Ramashankar Srivastava, Ramna, and Vishunpura Circle Officer Satish Kumar Sinha, City Untari Police Station in-charge Yogendra Kumar, Bhavnathpur Police Station in-charge Satish Kumar and all the station in-charges were present. He said that in the cases going on under Section 107, even after issuing notices repeatedly, in the light of the warrant issued by the sub-divisional court on the absence of the accused, ensuring the presence of the accused persons in the physical court and keeping in view the upcoming Holi festival.
