Garhwa: An atmosphere of chaos prevailed in the REO department when the contractors gathered among themselves to fill the tenders that came out in the department. When the police force was heavily deployed as soon as the incident was reported, the DDC of the district took over.
According to the information, the tender process was being done in the REO department of the Collectorate on Monday. Due to the tender, there was a huge rush of contractors. There was some dispute among the contractors regarding the tender.
In the meantime, the contractors got crowded among themselves regarding some matter. Due to which an atmosphere of chaos prevailed there. The police of Bhaap Sadar police station reached the spot amidst heavy security arrangements to handle the atmosphere of the spot.
During this, seeing the high profile case, the DDC of the district also reached the spot and explained to the contractors and got the matter pacified. During this, the contractors got crowded with the police and started showing their eyes. The police submitted the papers of all the contractors to the department amidst heavy security arrangements.
Many other contractors including contractor Gaurav Dubey, Laxmikant Dubey alleged that a group of minister supporters are not allowing them to put the tender and they have also fled with the tender paper inserted.

On the controversy surrounding the uproar, DDC Rajesh Kumar Rai said that there was uproar in the tender process. I went and saw it myself and called the police force. After that the process of tender was started peacefully.
